General Description

Well completion screens with ARP Select ACDs can be optionally equipped with an ARP Inject flush valves which enable well flushing/cleaning operations.

The SDT Injection valves are designed for reservoir stimulation, for flushing (cleaning) of completion equipment (screens) from debris (sand) and other slugging products, as well as for the use in reservoir flooding (injector) systems.

ARP Inject valves are designed to align the injection profile along the horizontal section of the well. During production from the well, ARP Inject valves remain closed and can be activated with circulation and pressure created from surface inside the liner to the annulus.

During the liner run in hole operations, the devices remain closed and sealed.

Features & Benefits
Increase in production rates and recovery
Increasing the amount of produced product from untouched reservoir zones far from production well
Reduces the need and amount of well workover operations
Eliminates the need to drill additional horizontal wells to increase the amount of fluid injected into the target zone
The device works autonomously, without the need for control from the surface
No need to lift the completion assembly due to slugging of the outer surfaces of the completions equipment (liners)
Reducing costs by increasing the overhaul period of operational equipment (less workover operations)
Extended well life and reducing well downtime
Solving the problem of uneven inflow in injector wells
