The movable disk inside the regulator reacts to the speed of the incoming liquid. The higher the fluid flow rate, the greater the pressure difference inside the regulator. When oil passes through the flow channel of the regulator (high viscosity, low speed) the inlet is fully open, and when water or gas enter the valve (low viscosity, high velocity), the pressure drop increases due to it the movable disk shifts towards the flow channel and blocks it. Owing to it, the effect of limiting the flow of water or gas and increase the inflow of oil is achieved.
